Inside Yamamoto

The Experience

An evening, unhurried.

The Room

Dark wood, warm light, quiet voices.

We kept the room small on purpose. Forty-two seats, low ceilings, hand-thrown bowls, indigo curtains, and lanterns we change with the season. The counter looks straight into the kitchen — sit there if you want to watch a bowl come together, or take a corner table if you'd rather disappear into the room.

Sake & Drinks

A small bar, a careful list.

We pour fourteen sakes by the glass, a handful of Japanese whiskies, and three local beers. Our list is short on purpose — every bottle has a reason to be there.
